Project Overview

After undertaking a significant internal project to identify its organisational values, the Sunshine Coast Council still faced a lack of cohesion among its teams. With 35 separate brands, the Council was plagued by turf wars, narrow focus, and a diluted brand identity. To identify shared aspirations for the brand, Khemistry delivered a series of workshops with team members, the SCC executive leadership team, and local Councillors. 

From this, we developed a brand blueprint that aligned the organisational culture, commitment, aspiration, and offering. The brand blueprint was supported by a new brand architecture and brand identity designed to create a visual expression of brand unity. 

To ensure successful implementation, our team collaborated closely with the Sunshine Coast Council to develop brand onboarding resources and deliver brand workshops.
