ADIS, a Queensland Health initiative that has supported people with alcohol and drug concerns for 30 years, were taking their services online. Doing so created an opportunity to refresh and reposition their brand to better connect with their audience.
Reaching out for support can be incredibly difficult, especially when it involves substance abuse. So we created a visual style that was warm, approachable and non-judgemental. And wove an empathetic tone through the web copy to put the audience at ease and feel supported at every step.
This new identity was rolled out across posters, brochures, fact sheets, appointment cards and video content. And we developed a website complete with service finder, self-assessment quiz and resource library to provide more support for Queenslanders in need.
