We were tasked with repositioning the manufacturing industry in the minds of school leavers, and getting them to consider it as a viable career. However, we had to fight an outdated perception that it's 'dirty work'. The truth is it's a diverse industry that embraces innovation and offers a broad range of paths and opportunities.

We set out to inspire the next generation with a campaign that imagined world changing innovations that are yet to be created – and how if you work in manufacturing, you can be behind tomorrow's greatest products.

Our digital first campaign targeted young people on social media, by showcasing imaginary products of the future. We even created bespoke Tiktok content that brought incredible inventions to life.
