Everybody Has a Role to Play — A dramatic response to workplace discrimination.

People with disabilities are often on the receiving end of workplace discrimination, battling against physical barriers, stereotypes and misconceptions.

These barriers had left many disabled Queenslanders locked out of the workforce. And the Government wanted to address this by opening employers' minds to their responsiblities and opportunities in this space.

We quickly realised that employed advertising creatives were the wrong people to lead this effort. The voices Queensland employers needed to hear were the disabled voices they were ignoring.

‘Everybody has a role to play’ handed the microphone to inclusive theatre group, Indelability Arts. Working together, we created a platform to amplify real disabled workplace experiences, smash stereotypes and show Queensland that disabled people are just as capable as anyone else.
